观察34例心内直视手术体外循环前后对血液有形成份的影响,发现体外循环后血红蛋白、红细胞与血小板有显著降低,而白细胞显著增高,这可能与机械损伤、血液稀释和机体反应有关。因此选用接近人体生理循环的人工心肺机,改进手术吸引装置、缩短体外循环时间及提高手术质量,可能有助于减少体外循环对血液有形成份的影响。  相似文献

森林火灾检测是国内外林业应用研究的重要课题之一。及时准确地检测到森林火灾,对于森林健康及环境安全意义重大。现有的利用视频技术检测森林火灾的方法大多针对单一波段,如可见光波段或红外波段的视频信息进行分析,然而在实际应用过程中,由于森林环境复杂,基于单一波段视频信息检测火灾的结果欠佳。现阶段,基于多个波段的森林火灾检测方法非常少。本文综合利用红外及可见光视频特征,提出了一种基于分数阶微分视频融合的森林烟火检测算法,将分数阶微分理论引入红外视频和可见光视频融合中,利用分数阶微分算子对两个波段视频进行融合,然后利用背景去除法检测融合视频中的异常帧,且对异常帧图像及其与背景帧的差分图像分别进行图像分割,最终得到检测出的森林烟火区域。采用空间频率、平均梯度、森林火灾检测准确率和森林火灾检测时间误差度4个测度对本文算法和基于区域能量融合算法、基于窗口方差融合算法、基于HSI变换融合算法进行定量分析和比较。结果表明,本文算法的融合视频的融合效果最佳,并且森林火灾检测准确率和森林火灾检测时间误差均明显优于其他3种算法,说明本文提出的算法具有较好的有效性和准确性,为森林火灾检测提供了有利的新途径。   相似文献

This study evaluates the effect of soil particle size (SPS) on the measurement of exchangeable sodium (Na) (EXC-Na) by near-infrared reflectance (NIR) spectroscopy. Three hundred thirty-two (n = 332) top soil samples (0–10 cm) were taken from different locations across Uruguay, analyzed by EXC-Na using emission spectrometry, and scanned in reflectance using a NIR spectrophotometer (1100–2500 nm). Partial least squares (PLS) and principal component regression (PCR) models between reference chemical data and NIR data were developed using cross validation (leaving one out). The coefficient of determination in calibration (R2) and the root mean square of the standard error of cross validation (RMSECV) for EXC-Na concentration were 0.44 (RMSECV: 0.12 mg kg–1) for soil with small particle size (SPS-0.053) and 0.77 (RMSECV: 0.09 mg kg–1) for soils with particle sizes greater than 0.212 mm (SPS-0.212), using the NIR region after second derivative as mathematical transformation. The R2 and RMSECV for EXC-Na concentration using PCR were 0.54 (RMSECV: 0.07 mg kg–1) and 0.80 (RMSECV: 0.03 mg kg–1) for SPS-0.053 and SPS-0.212 samples, respectively.  相似文献

将杨梅果实中参与花色苷生物合成的转录因子编码基因MrMYB1和MrbHLH1同时搭载到双元表达载体的多克隆位点内,重组成双价表达载体,通过农杆菌介导的叶盘法将其分别转入烟草、番茄和森林草莓,成功转化MrMYB1-MrbHLH1的烟草、番茄和森林草莓不定芽因大量积累花色苷而呈红色,与野生型或假阳性不定芽相比,表型差异明显;转化35S::MrMYB1-MrbHLH1的烟草和番茄植株中可显著积累花色苷呈红色,且该性状可稳定遗传。MrMYB1-MrbHLH1在3种园艺植物具有调控花色苷积累而使阳性转化植物部分组织器官呈现红色的功能,是1个有潜力的遗传转化可视化报告基因。  相似文献

This study uses two different mathematical models and gets two dimensional graphs of longitudinal and tangential section wood density at the same time by the radial wood density data measured by X-ray. The graph is direct and clear. It can be used to analyze the distribution and difference of wood density. It can also be done various kinds of transformation, including different angle, different colors, space and plane, part and entirety. This develops the visible analysis of wood density. Next the distribution of wood density of veneer will be simulated by new mathematical model and radial wood density data.  相似文献

Two hundred eight Angus-crossbred heifers (291 ± 23 kg) from four sources were used in a randomized complete block design. The objective of the study was to determine the effects of implant strategy and Zn supplementation on performance, carcass characteristics, muscle fiber diameter, and mineral status of heifers. Heifers were assigned to a 2 × 2 factorial study for 168 d, and factors included Zn and implant (IMP). Heifers were supplemented Zn (mg/kg dry matter [DM]; ZnSO4) at national (30; NRC) or industry (100; IND) recommendations. Implant strategies (Merck Animal Health, Madison, NJ) included extended-release Revalor-XH on day 0 (REV-XH; 20 mg estradiol + 200 mg trenbolone acetate) containing four uncoated pellets and six coated pellets or the uncoated implant Revalor-200 on day 0 and again on day 91 (REV-200; 20 mg estradiol + 200 mg trenbolone acetate). Heifers were blocked by weight within source to pens of five or six heifers per pen (nine pens per treatment). A corn silage-based diet was fed during the growing period (days 0–55) followed by transition to a corn-based finishing diet. Weights were taken consecutively on days −1/0, 55/56, and 167/168. Liver and muscle from the longissimus thoracis were collected from one heifer per pen on days −5, 14, 105, and 164. Data were analyzed via Mixed Procedure of SAS. Average daily gain (ADG) and liver mineral used Period as the repeated effect. Corresponding to periods of high hormone payout from each implant, days 0–28 and 91–120 ADG were greatest for REV-200, whereas REV-XH numerically peaked during days 56–91 (IMP × Period; P = 0.02). Day 91 IND body weight tended to be heavier (P = 0.06) and day 120 body weight was heavier (P = 0.05) than NRC heifers. No effect of Zn or IMP on final body weight was observed (P ≥ 0.21). Muscle fiber cross-sectional diameter on day 164 was greater (P = 0.05) in IND than NRC. Liver Mn concentrations decreased by day 14 regardless of implant, though days 105 and 164 concentrations were lesser for REV-200 than REV-XH (IMP × Period; P = 0.02). No effects of Zn, IMP, or the interaction were observed for carcass-adjusted gain to feed, days 0–168 DM intake, hot carcass weight, or ribeye area (P ≥ 0.11). The nominal differences in performance between implant strategies suggest that extended-release implants may be an effective implant strategy to replace re-implant programs in heifers, whereas the improved performance of heifers fed IND vs. NRC during times of peak hormone payout suggests a role for Zn in periods of rapid growth.  相似文献

An 11‐year‐old female spayed Labrador Retriever was presented for a draining, painful subcutaneous mass palpated over a previously implanted pacemaker generator. Infection was suspected and the mass was removed surgically. On cut surface, the mass was friable and mottled tan to brown with firm pale tan nodules, surrounding the pacemaker lead wire adjacent to the pacemaker generator. Cytologic interpretation of impression smears was consistent with a sarcoma, and suggestive of a rhabdomyosarcoma due to the presence of strap‐like cells. On histopathologic examination, a highly invasive nodular mass surrounded the pacemaker lead, composed of pleomorphic round, spindle and strap cells, and multinucleated giant cells. The population exhibited microscopic invasion into the deep portion of the fibrous capsule surrounding the pacemaker generator. There were tumor emboli within small to medium subcutaneous veins adjacent to the mass. Immunohistochemically, the neoplastic cells stained positive for α‐sarcomeric actin and vimentin, and negative for α‐smooth muscle actin, consistent with a rhabdomyosarcoma arising at the site of the pacemaker generator. To our knowledge, this is the first report of a rhabdomyosarcoma associated with the lead wire of a pacemaker generator in a dog.  相似文献

目的探讨微型种植钉作为增强支抗手段在临床应用中的稳定性,同时分析影响其成功率的相关因素,为今后的临床工作提供参考.方法 53例错颌患者共植入微型种植钉171枚,观察期1 a,并分析年龄、性别、下颌平面角、牙周组织肿胀、牙周炎史等因素对微型种植钉稳定性的影响.结果本组53例错颌患者的微型种植钉总成功率为90.57%(48/53),其中患者的口腔卫生状况、牙周组织肿胀、牙周炎史、下颌平面角等是微型种植钉成活率的独立影响因素,而且患者的年龄、性别以及微型种植钉的设计因素对微型种植钉成功率的影响无显著性差异,不具有统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论采用微型种植钉作为增强支抗手段的患者要注意保持口腔清洁,同时医师要根据患者的下颌平面角设计种植方案,避免牙周组织肿胀的发生,以提高微型种植钉的成功率.  相似文献

对丁(Tincatinca)血液有形成分及血清无机盐进行了测定,实验结果显示:①血液有形成分:丁的红细胞计数为1.43×1012~5.90×1012/L,平均为3.11×1012/L;红细胞平均体积为67.52fL,红细胞压积平均为0.11%;白细胞计数为9.32×109~54.10×109/L,平均为33.84×109/L,其中白细胞淋巴球占白细胞的56.28%,中性白细胞占43.72%;血小板数量为103.72×109/L,血红素平均含量为121.18g/L。丁的红细胞具有体积小,数量多的特点,其血液可以携带更多氧分而能忍受水中较低的溶氧。血小板和白细胞淋巴球的含量远远高于本地鲤鱼或鲫鱼,这有利于丁的生长与抗病。②血清无机盐:丁血液平均含PO3-43.31mmol/L,K+11.11mmol/L,Na+125.23mmol/L,Cl-105.08mmol/L,Ca2+2.51mmol/L,Fe3+15.13mmol/L,Mg2+0.33mmol/L,CO(NH2)21.475mmol/L,其中K+和PO3-4的含量远远高出人的正常值。  相似文献
